Scope of Services. Through this Site, Breezy Activations markets and arranges Residential Electricity Brokerage, Commercial Electricity Brokerage, Utility Bill Analysis. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://energybrokerhumble.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Breezy Activations or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Breezy Activations may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Damages. Breezy Activations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Breezy Activations from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
